When registering please review your account information to ensure that the parent & player information is accurate before proceeding with the registration.
Guardian information will be the information that is uploaded to the OMHA website for all email send outs and contact information to the team home page. Please do not list emergency contact information in this area. Also please only list the contact information you agree to be used by the association & team bench staff under the guardian profile.
Registration for the season is done on a first come basis. Due to the growth of our association and the amount of anticipated ice, player and goalie positions have a division limit set based on what OMHA anticipates they will be able to accommodate and the amount of imports anticipated. If there is no package listed for your child's position, please do not click and register them to another package that does not pertain to your player. Please contact the registrar as to what options are available at the moment. A waiting list package will be opened up and once players have been finalized if there is room players will be added from the waiting list in the order of registration.
REGISTRATION UPLOAD INFORMATION (forms need to be save in a PDF file to be uploaded): When going through the online registration you will come to a page that is 'Registration Uploads'. This section is meant for Registrants that have never played with OMHA before, Non Resident Import Players, Registrants that have moved within the last year. As a returning registrant of OMHA, you do not have to complete and upload any forms.
RESPECT IN SPORT: For all members that have done respect in sport 3 or more years ago, you will need to retake the course again before the players will be allowed on the ice in September. Please do this after August 1st through Hockey Alberta Website. You will need to make sure that all your players are added to your profile. There is a $15 cost.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: All fees must be paid in full by September 1st. Please contact the registrar if you need to make a payment plan that extends past September 1st. Your player will not be permitted on the ice with unpaid fees unless you have worked out a plan with OMHA before hand. ** Onoway Minor Hockey understands that many families have been negatively impacted by the current situation with COVID-19. Due to this we are willing to offer Extended Payment Plans, upon application and approval from the Executive Board. No plans will extend past December 31.
Financial Assistance: See the financial support page for info. Please let the registrar know if you have done so or are planning on doing so. This money must be received by December 31.
Credit Card: When paying by credit card you will have the option to pay in full or to make installment payments. There is a 3% fee for credit cards.
Installments - Make an initial $200 payment ($100 for U7) when registering, then the remaining balance is divided into 3 payments that come out June 30th, July 31st and August 31st, 2022
E-transfer or cheque: E-transfers are sent to omhtreasurer@gmail.com and cheques are made out to OMHA. Please note the name(s) of the player(s) and their divisions on the transfer or cheque. Failure to do so could mean its not applied to your account! Cheques can be mailed to Box 394 Onoway, AB T0E 1V0. Make sure and choose one of these options for players trying out for AA/AAA.
Two Seed Cheques: For the 2021-2022 season the parents and/or guardian of each player registered is required to work 2 concession shifts. One week day shift and One weekend shift. You will need to give 2 seed cheques of $300 each upon registration. One dated for September 1 and the second for December 1. Or alternatively you can fill out a credit card form. Cheques or credit card Information is REQUIRED PRIOR to your athlete going on the ice. If you do not complete your concession shift your seed check will be cashed or your credit card will be charged. The player will be removed from all team events until this is paid in full. Please mail your seed checks to Box 394 Onoway, AB T0E 1V0 or drop them off at the first skate.
If you have never worked the concession please sign up during the week (Monday-Thursday) and let the concession manager know so that she can provide training.
I VOLUNTEER: Please go onto https://myhockey.ivolunteer.com/ to sign up for your concession shifts.
Please note: we do not know if concession will be available to us this season so you do not have to sign up for shifts at this time.

Each player must be entered separately. Many of our members have volunteer credits, your credit will apply to your account online when you register.
Please note: Registration may not be possible on your cell phone depending on the age and style of your cell phone.
