Referee Clinic info

HCR 3.0 is not working all that well, and as you know, we have provided a Google Docs form for your officials to register for the clinics. Please make sure your officials register first using the Google Docs form and then HCR.  If they do not, HCR is unable to produce a roster as to who is in each clinic.

 

Here is the link for the Google Docs form.  All the officials need to do, is look for their clinic to register and then they are done.  If they want to register in a different clinic, they need to ask permission from the RIC to see if there is room for them.  They must also let you; the RIC know that they are taking the clinic somewhere else.  If permission is not granted, and they still sign up for the clinic, they will be removed if I get an email from the RIC stating that they were not asked to attend.  Once they have registered, they can email me for the HCR clinic link to pay their registration fees.

 

The reason for this process, is that we are having problems tracking the North Region officials when they attend a clinic outside of their community.
