Dryland Training 2017

Greg Brewster will be running DRYLAND training.  Players are asked to show up 15 minutes before the start of their session in front of the Onoway Arena.  Players should be dressed to be outside as we will be using the surrounding areas to complete the workout.  Please ensure proper footwear, shorts or sweat pants and sweatshirt or jackets are available if needed depending on the weather.  Bring plenty of water!  Dryland is optional.  The below are the Dryland Conditioning Camp Dates for each level and a Dryland Conditioning Camp Workout outline.  Thank you.
