Ref Assignor

Onoway Minor Hockey is looking for a Ref Assignor.  The role of the referee assignor is to:

• Schedule referees for all Onoway Minor Hockey team home games, tournaments and exhibition games
• Assist team managers and ice scheduler with any rescheduled games that result from weather or any other cancellation issues.
• Make sure that the proper level and number of referees are assigned to games.
• Keep a list of all in town and out of town referee hours, travel and expenses to give to the treasurer for payment.
• Knowledge of hockey and referee rules would be an asset.
• This is a paid position.
